In case you missed these messages on the login screen, here are two recent reassurances from Turbine:
- Known Issue with Turbine Point Balances

- We are currently investigating an issue with incorrect Turbine Point balances in some players’ accounts (balances are lower or higher than they should be). We’ll have this fixed as quickly as possible! Thanks for bearing with us!
- Loyalty Rewards
- Sep 09, 2010 04:00 EST
- Reminder: Loyalty rewards may take 7-10 days to appear in your account after the launch of Volume III, Book 2. VIP Points should appear within 2-3 days after your billing date.(Click Here) for more information on account status, points, or other Free to Play related questions.
So, what these messages mean is: If you haven’t yet received your Turbine points to spend in the LOTRO store, don’t panic. Yet.
