LOTRO Moves to a Free-to-Play Model this Fall!

Today Turbine announced that Lord of the Rings Online would move to a Free-to-Play Model come this fall.
At this point, there is simply a flood of information that is coming out, both through the official site, the new free-to-play forums and on twitter.
