Cor Pethroni
Cor Pethroni Kinship Site
Dec 13th
I’ve set up a site for Cor Pethroni on Guild Portal. This is a service that will allow us to have a place where we can go that includes (but is not limited to): Forums, Picture Galleries, and kinship specific news that does not really belong on LOTRO Reporter.
So, all you Cor Pethroni members, head on over to the new site here. Click on the “Join Cor Pethroni” link at the very top of the page. I have to moderate all of the join request, so you won’t be in immediately, but I’ll get to them daily.
Those of you interested in joining Cor Pethroni, head on over there, check us out, and find one of the officers in-game to send you an invite.
See you in game!
Cor Pethroni Kinship run of Great Barrows
Oct 26th

Cor Pethroni had it’s first Kinship event last night, a run of The Great Barrows instance. I’ve been meaning to put something up for a while, as we’ve slowly been growing, and the whole point of the kinship (for me at least) was a chance to play the game that I love with people who read the blog and who listen to the podcast.
Cor Pethroni and Facebook
Oct 3rd
A couple of reminders of some things that are happening with LOTRO Reporter.
Cor Pethroni is growing almost every day. We’ve got the folks from Casual Stroll to Mordor and Middle Earth Adventure there, as well as everyone from here at LOTRO Reporter. If your second favorite (LOTRO Reporter is your favorite, right?) blog/podcast isn’t taking part yet, send them a message and ask them if they would like to participate. The more the merrier!
Also, don’t forget about our Facebook Fan Page! Search for LOTRO Reporter in Facebook and you’ll find us! I’m going to be attempting to use the “Discussion” area as an ad hoc forum. Lets see how that work out.
I’ll post some information on there, some more pictures, etc. I might even use it to plan Kinship events. We’ll see how many people use it.
See you in game!
Cor Pethroni – A new LOTRO Podcast, Blogger and Fan Kinship
Sep 26th

After a week and a half of voting, Brandywine came out as the most popular choice for us to create a LOTRO Podcaster, Blogger and Fan Kinship. The kinship charter has been purchased, and as of today, Cor Pethroni is a reality. What does Cor Pethroni mean? In Elvish, it translates to Ring Narrators, which I think is very appropriate.
What are my thoughts for the kinship? I think that it will be a chance for us to get together and play some LOTRO. We talk about it all the time, we write about it, and we create podcasts about it. Why not play it together?
See you in game!
