This week we are going to cover the steps required to finish your level fifty class quests. The first thing you will notice when you go to your class trainer at level forty-five they will have a quest for you The Bravest Deed is Selfless.

This quest will lead you to WaliWali in Nogland he will give you two quests Implements of Battle and Articles of Fortitude we will cover Implements of Battle first.

Distilled Celebrant Salve (x5)

Select one of:
Heavy Hammer of Battle
Spear of Battle

Step one: Acquire Shataz’s Cruel Bludgeon from Shataz

in the Misty Mountains level 40 Elite Snow-Troll with 7406 Morale and 650 Power

and 5 Brimstone-tinged Tarkrip-spear from Tarkrip Spear-hurlers in Angmar specifically Western Malenhad

after you have accomplished that you will need to return to Wali to move on to

Step two: Acquire

20 Grisly Bat Talon (lvl 45+ Bats in the Himbar area of Angmar)

15 Mottled Spider Mandible (lvl 45+ Spiders in Himbar area of Angmar)

5  Hooked Warg Claw (lvl 45+ Wargs Angmar, Misty Mountains, Forochel, and Eregion)

{I am sure that these also drop in Moria and beyond but you should have no problem finding the quantity you need in these areas. Also these items can be bartered for with the Legendary skirmish NPC.}

After you get these items you will need to return to Wali and he will start you on

Step three: Acquire

1 Crimson Gorthorog Horn from Barashal the Gorthorog in Carn Dum

1 Sigil of War from Gruglok in Urugarth

These Items you will need help to attain or you can also gain them through doing skirmishes.

Now onto Articles of Fortitude this one of course is very similar to the previous with multiple trips back and forth to Wali. Here are the rewards

Distilled Athelas Essence (x5)

Select one of:
Ring of Fortitude
Trinket of Fortitude

Step one: Acquire

Snow-encrusted Dourhand-boots (from Dourhands in the Misty Mountains)

Grimgore’s Ashen Hide from (Gimgore in Angmar)

then back to Wali and on to

Step two: Acquire

25 Unyielding Drake Scale (Drakes from Gorothlad and Urugarth in Angmar)

15 Gem-encrusted Nail (Cave Claws from Gorothlad, Angmar and Sarnur, Ered Luin)

{I am sure that these also drop in Moria and beyond but you should have no problem finding the quantity you need in these areas. Also these items can be bartered for with the Legendary skirmish NPC.}

again return to Wali and move to

Step 3: Acquire

1 Flawless Scale of Lhugrien (Lhugrien, the mightiest of the drakes of Urugarth)

1 Warg-keeper’s Token (Athpukh, the keeper of the wargs in Urugarth)

These Items you will need help to attain or you can also gain them through doing skirmishes.

After you turn the final step in from both of these quests you will be give the quest

A Lesson from Samwise Gamgee.

Good ole’ Sam is in Bilbo’s Room the the Last homely house in Rivendell.

The rewards from this quest will grant you a new Legendary Skill To the King.
